Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This PRN role lets you set your schedule with an 8-day monthly minimum and travel locally to patients within your county.
You will review medical histories, perform basic physical and mental health evaluations, and document findings using a company-provided iPad.
