Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN Health Risk Assessments in-home visits for Medicare Advantage members. You’ll schedule your own eight 7.5-hour days monthly, travel within your county, and perform basic health evaluations with a streamlined EMR.
As a 1099 contractor, you’ll handle documentation with an iPad, receive competitive pay plus incentives, and benefit from malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians.
