Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments in Missouri. This PRN role offers autonomy, travel within your county, and an efficient EMR workflow with company support.
You'll perform comprehensive HRAs, review medical history, medications, and social factors, and document findings. Licensure in NP or PA is required; ability to travel ~60 minutes is needed.
