Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) in Bradford, PA. This PRN, 1099 contractor role offers autonomy with an 8-day monthly minimum and competitive pay with incentives.
