Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for in-home Health Risk Assessments in Harrisburg, IL. This flexible PRN role lets you schedule at least eight 7.5-hour days per month and you’ll work autonomously to help Medicare Advantage members.
You’ll review medical histories, current meds, lifestyle and social factors, perform basic health evaluations, and travel within your county and nearby areas.
