Job description
Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks Nurse Practitioners in New Jersey to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients. You will review medical history and social factors to identify care gaps during each visit.
This 1099 contractor role offers flexible hours (8am-8pm, 7 days) with compensation of $125 per assessment, plus mileage reimbursement and a $25 no-show payment. Coverage across 3 counties is required.
