Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Belfast, ME. The role involves travel to patients’ homes and performing non-invasive assessments, with a focus on patient-centered communication.
Qualified candidates will hold an active NP/PA license, national board certification, and current BLS.
