Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. This PRN role lets you set an 8-day minimum monthly schedule and work autonomously, with malpractice insurance provided.
You’ll perform comprehensive HRAs, review medical histories, medications, and social factors, perform basic physical/mental health checks, and travel within your county. Documentation via iPad, 1099 contract.
