Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments in Fremont, OH. The role offers PRN scheduling with eight 7.5-hour days per month, travel within ~60 minutes, and a streamlined EMR workflow.
