Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments in Lexington, VA. You will conduct comprehensive HRAs for Medicare Advantage members, review medical histories, medications, lifestyle, and social factors, and perform basic physical and mental health evaluations.
Candidates must hold an active NP or PA license (excluding Pediatrics, PMHNP, Women’s Health) and be available at least eight full 7.5-hour days
