Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. Travel locally within your county and surroundings to conduct screenings and document results using a company-provided iPad.
The role is a 1099 contractor with an 8-day monthly minimum, competitive pay with incentives, and no on-call shifts or prescribing responsibilities.
