Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments across Medicare Advantage members. This PRN role lets you set your own schedule with an 8-day monthly minimum, travel within your county, and work autonomously with a company-provided iPad.
You’ll complete HRAs, review medical histories, and perform basic health evaluations. Requires active NP or PA license (excluding pediatrics specialties) and readiness to travel
