Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage members. You’ll work autonomously, complete comprehensive HRAs, review medical history, medications, lifestyle, and social factors, and perform basic physical and mental health evaluations.
Travel locally within roughly 60 minutes of your home, with an 8-day monthly minimum of 7.5-hour days.
