Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. You’ll work PRN, create your schedule with an 8-day monthly minimum, and use a company-provided iPad for documentation.
Compensation is competitive with added incentives. No prescribing, no on-call shifts, and malpractice insurance plus collaborating physicians are included. You could be up and running in 3–4 weeks.
