Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in Hood River County, Oregon.
Qualified NPs will travel to patients' homes to perform comprehensive, non-invasive assessments, review medical history, and document findings. A flexible schedule, travel reimbursement, and provider training are included, with liability insurance and supplies provided.
