Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Benewah County, Idaho. This role offers a flexible schedule and travel reimbursements, with comprehensive training and dedicated scheduling support.
NPs will interact with members in their homes, complete non-invasive assessments, and document findings for continuity of care.
