Job description
Choice Health at Home is hiring a Home Health Field RN in Pittsburg, TX. The full-time role delivers patient-centered nursing care in patients’ homes, including assessments, planning, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to promote recovery and independence.
The RN will educate patients and families, manage care plans, and ensure safety through infection control. A valid RN license, CPR, driver’s license, and access to auto insurance are required.
