Job description
Suburban Health at Home is seeking a Registered Nurse in home health to manage patient care plans and provide one-on-one care to adult/geriatric patients in the home setting. You will perform wound care, infusion therapy, medication administration, and educate patients and families, typically completing 2 admission visits or 6 routine visits per day.
The role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to make a difference in the local community, serving homebound patients in Indiana.
