Job description
Choice Health At Home is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in the Sapula/Sapulpa area for a full-time, on-site position. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centered care in patients' homes, coordinating with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote recovery and independence.
The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license, with 2+ years of Home Health experience preferred.
