Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled, one-on-one care in patients' homes, reporting to the Clinical Manager.
You'll develop individualized care plans with physicians, monitor conditions, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the care team. This full-time role requires RN licensure, CPR, and a valid driver's license.
Weekly hours are 40, with a pay range of $77,200 to $106,200 per year and comprehensive benefits.
