Job description
CenterWell Home Health nurses provide one-on-one in-home care under Humana Inc, reporting to the Clinical Manager. You will develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians to support recovery and independence.
Expect tight teamwork across clinicians, with a focus on patient safety and quality care. Ideal candidates hold an unrestricted RN license, CPR certification, and experience in Med/Surg, ICU or ER settings.
