Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to deliver in-home and facility-based speech therapy. You will evaluate, plan and provide therapy to improve speech, language, voice, and swallowing, while developing care plans and coordinating with the care team.
Applicants should have ASHA CCC-SLP, active state license, CPR, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Home health experience is preferred, and schedule is 40 hours per week in Georgia.
