Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an In Home Healthcare LVN for weekend night shifts providing skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes. In this role, you will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor ventilators and feeding tubes as applicable, and respond to changes in patient condition. You will collaborate with families and the care team, document accurately, and follow care plans and safety protocols.
