Job description
WesleyLife is seeking a Hospice LPN Visit Nurse to provide gentle, compassionate in‑home care, addressing comfort, dignity, and quality of life for clients and families in their own homes.
Travel to client homes, hands‑on nursing, symptom relief, and support for daily activities are core duties, with collaboration from RN Case Managers and social workers. Daily Pay and mileage reimbursement are offered.
