Job description
Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a dedicated RN to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes within the Richland/Blythewood territory. The role involves coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team, families, and referring agencies to ensure high-quality, compassionate hospice services.
The ideal candidate holds an Associate or Bachelor’s in Nursing, a current RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical experience, preferably in hospice or home health.
