Job description
Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across the Lexington and Newberry areas on a PRN basis. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, coordinate with families, and deliver end-of-life care and education.
Requirements include an RN license, CPR, and 2 years in clinical care (hospice/home health preferred). Proficiency with computers and MS Office is expected, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
