Job description
Haywood Hospice, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a dedicated RN Case Manager to deliver the hospice plan of care in patients' homes around Asheville, NC. You will evaluate and adjust care, collaborate with the care team, and support families facing end-of-life decisions.
The role requires NC RN licensure, a valid driver's license, and travel within Buncombe County. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time external candidates; on-call evenings and weekends are required.
