Job description
Caretenders Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide in-home hospice visits and lead the development and execution of the plan of care for each patient. The role requires travel within a 50-mile radius and an Ohio RN license, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call evenings/weekends as needed.
