Job description
Haywood Hospice, part of LHC Group within the Optum family, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse Case Manager to deliver in-home hospice care and collaboratively develop the Plan of Care with the care team.
The role requires NC RN licensure, a valid driver's license or reliable transportation, and a compassionate approach to support patients and families facing end‑of‑life needs. Hours are 20/week, with options for on-call evenings/weekends.
