Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments in Medicare Advantage programs. Work autonomously with a minimum of eight 7.5-hour days per month, travel locally within your county, and use a company-issued iPad for documentation.
Active NP or PA licensure is required (excludes Pediatrics, PMHNP, Women’s Health). This 1099 contractor role offers malpractice insurance and collaboration with physicians for support.
