Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible PRN Health Risk Assessments in-home for Medicare Advantage members in Vermont. You would work autonomously with a user-friendly EMR, completing comprehensive HRAs, reviewing medical history, and performing basic evaluations.
This 1099 contractor role offers an eight-day minimum per month, mileage deductions, malpractice insurance, and travel within approximately one hour of your home.
