Job description
Hueman is seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare/Medicaid members around Blairsville, GA. The role offers flexible scheduling and travel reimbursement, with comprehensive home assessment training supported by Hueman.
Nurse Practitioners will perform HRAs in patients' homes, engage with members personally, and document findings; prescribing is not required in-home. Active NP license and board certification are required.
