Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around West Milton, PA. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work in a home setting, traveling to patients to perform non-invasive assessments and educate on wellness.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Nursing, active NP license, National board certification, and BLS. Experience with HRAs and documentation is valued.
