Hueman is hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Princeton, IN. This role offers a flexible schedule designed to fit your lifestyle while delivering meaningful community health work.
As an HRA NP, you will travel to patients’ homes, perform non-invasive assessments, review medical histories, and provide basic wellness education.
