Job description
Source One Management Services, LLC seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments. Work autonomously, 8-day monthly minimum, and travel locally to Medicare Advantage patients.
Practice with no prescribing, no on-call shifts, and streamlined documentation via company-provided iPad. Malpractice insurance and collaborating physicians are included to support your practice.
