Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Meherrin, VA. This opportunity adapts to your lifestyle, offering a flexible schedule and the chance to contribute to community health.
You will travel to patients’ homes to perform non-invasive assessments, document findings, provide basic wellness education, and coordinate with scheduling and support staff.
