Lead CaregiverHome Matters Caregiving is looking for a lead caregiver with a passion for client care and relationship building. Home Matters Caregiving wants to be the most valuable partner to our caregivers and clients in a competitive landscape.Compensation: Starting at $17/hr (depending on experience)Reports to: Executive AdministratorLocation: Austin, TexasQualifications:Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)Must have at least 3 years of caregiving experience with the senior populationMust have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform dutiesMust have valid driver's license and insuranceResponsibilities:Perform daily administrative support tasks in the agency officeAssist in conducting caregiver orientations and field trainingBe available to cover last-minute shift callouts or fill gaps in high-need clientsExecute client care plans and document daily activitiesRequirements:Consistent daily shifts, normal business hours.Three years of formal caregiving experience in senior careWorking Environment:Agency officeClient homesSkilled, Independent and Assisted Living CommunitiesJob Relationships:Supervisor: Executive AdministratorPhysical Requirements:Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movementsAble to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingersAble to talk, hear and seePhysically and mentally able to drive a vehicleCompensation:Job Type: Full-time/Part-timePay: Starting at $17/hrBenefits: Weekly Pay, Pay Cards, Holiday pay, Performance pay raises, Referral bonus (employees and clients)
