Job description
The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes.
The role involves providing skilled nursing care according to orders, using the nursing process to assess and plan patient care, and documenting data for diagnoses. Applicants should hold an LPN license in the practicing state, have a current TB test or chest X-ray and a current BLS card.
