Job description
Varco Home Health in Katy, TX is seeking a PRN LVN to provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the patient’s care plan. You will perform vital signs, administer medications, and manage wounds and catheters in patients’ homes.
You’ll observe changes, report to the RN Case Manager, educate patients and caregivers on medications and safety, and maintain accurate documentation while enjoying a flexible, self-managed schedule in a home-health setting.
