Job description
Monogram Health, Inc. seeks a Market Physician Executive to lead our in-home multispecialty care model in the New York market. This executive guides clinical strategies, workflows, and partnerships to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
Reporting to regional leadership, the MPE directs care plans, validates encounters, and collaborates with APPs, nurses, social workers, and pharmacists. Remote work within the market with occasional field visits and travel is expected.
