Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide in-home health evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care.
In this role you will travel locally and within licensed states, conduct evaluations using an iPad, and perform health history review, physical exam, and diagnostic tests as ordered by health plans. Flexible part-time role with meaningful community impact.
