Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in the Grafton, OH area. The role offers a flexible schedule designed to fit your lifestyle and an opportunity to contribute to community healthcare outside the traditional clinic setting.
Nurse Practitioners will travel to patients' homes, perform non-invasive assessments, review medical histories, document findings, and provide basic wellness guidance.
