Job description
Matrix Medical Network seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to perform in-home health assessments for adults and geriatric patients across Virginia. You will gather medical histories, provide education, and coordinate referrals during visits to patients at home or in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
