Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Lawrenceburg, KY. The role offers a flexible schedule and travel reimbursement, with comprehensive home assessment training and scheduling support.
Qualified NPs will interact with members in home settings, performing non-invasive assessments and documenting medical histories while ensuring patient safety and compliance.
