Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare and Medicaid members in Berlin, NH. This role offers flexibility to adapt to your lifestyle while achieving professional goals, allowing you to interact with patients on a personal level.
Qualified candidates will travel to patients' homes, perform assessments, and provide education on wellness and preventative measures. This position requires a Master’s Degree, active NP license, and current certifications.
