Source One Management Services, LLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners for a flexible in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) role serving Medicare Advantage members. This PRN arrangement lets you create your own schedule with an 8-day monthly minimum and work autonomously, without the responsibilities of ongoing treatment.
