Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around West Lafayette, IN. This role fits flexible lifestyles, offering professional autonomy with a schedule tailored to your preferences while supporting community health outside the clinic.
Nurse Practitioners will travel to patients’ homes, perform non-invasive assessments, review medical histories, and document findings.
