Job description
Matrix Medical Network seeks in-home Nurse Practitioners to conduct comprehensive health assessments for members in their homes or facilities. Each visit lasts up to one hour and focuses on medical history, current health status, medications, and risk factors to close care gaps.
The role supports travel across assigned states, with emphasis on high-quality, personalized care. We offer flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, a 1,500 sign-on bonus, and opportunities to advance to full-time
