Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide in-home health evaluations. You will connect with members in their homes, review medical history, perform physical evaluations, and coordinate with health plans.
This role offers flexible travel within licensed states, optional virtual visits, and inclusion in benefits for part-time employees. Board certification and an active license are required to practice.
