Job description
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide in-home health evaluations for health plan members in their homes across the Seattle area.
Visits last about 45 minutes and include medication/medical history review and a physical evaluation. You may travel locally to licensed states and sometimes conduct virtual visits as needed.
